The planetary influences indicate there are steps involved. On the interactive meetup last week I talked about the influences coming in the week ahead. To start here is a brief summary. There will be small, yet important aspects between now and the end of April. The first relief is shown on April 22nd with the new moon in Taurus with Uranus beside it. This indicates a new theme around finances with changes to come. On April 25th the Sun will be beside Uranus and it shines light, shines it spirit of vital energy so that we can see clearer, so we can reflect and further open our consciousness to what the earth needs to free herself from. Around the beginning of May our area of focus will shift as the northnode of the Moon moves into Gemini. The northnode tells of the focus for the future and Gemini engages our minds to collect information we need to solve problems. Currently of a full moon is approaching in the sign of Libra. The peak of this energy will be on Tuesday April 7th at 8:56 pm EDT. Full moons always bring a full awareness to what the new moon promised. The prior new moon on March 24th was in Aries (self, self awareness, self development) with Chiron (the pain or wounds we each carry) beside it. The last 2 weeks carried a tone of incredible realization of self awareness along with huge influences from outer planets that have and continue to change our lives intensely! The squares to the northnode (the future or area where the most focus is) in Cancer (security, family, caregiving) and southnode (the past or where we are moving away from) Capricorn (careers, business, governing structures) will bring challenges which are difficult to manage. Meanwhile all the qualities of Libra will be magnified as the full moon shines a huge, bright spotlight onto the importance of relationships and how important that love is. Libra is the opposite sign of Aries. So this full moon provides mirrors from those who we are in relationship with. Libra is a very loving energy as its ruling planet is Venus and it’s an air sign which inspires communications of collaboration and compromise helping us bring things more into perspective. The positives are present and it’s most important to recognize the value we each give and take. Libra is also a masculine sign that’s creative and positive. Something we can all use at this time. Looking at the universal astrology chart, the full moon is inconjunct to Neptune indicating the need to make adjustments in order to resolve conflict in areas where there has been deception, confusion and suffering. In a universal astrology chart the moons placement describes the overall emotions of everyone. Along with the aspect to Neptune, the full moon is also in square to Pluto and Jupiter in Capricorn. These squares to the full moon represent the huge intensity of emotion we’re all feeling associated with things which we cannot control and offers emotional relief from what’s been building. Pluto and Jupiter in the 3rd house has a powerful affect on our patterns of thinking. Jupiter normally brings positivity and expands whatever sign it is in. In Capricorn it brings an over abundance of limitation, hard work and shows areas we are limited in understanding. Mars in Aquarius in square to Uranus in Taurus has reached its peak of influence at this time. It shows the difficulty for humanity to move around and to change the shocking challenges being experienced with unstable ups and downs with money . Mars in Aquarius just moved past a trine to Venus in Gemini. This trine delivered a small relief of some positive activity and news. It inspired acting together to communicate, socialize and share knowledge in different ways. As Venus moves through Gemini it inspires flexibility in the ways we gather information. Venus will be moving through Gemini until August of this year. Venus infuses love and in Gemini, a love to share knowledge, communicate and relate ideas. It’s the sign that asks many questions and moves many places to look for answers. As it retrogrades from May 12th through June 25th, we’ll revisit areas around what we value, our money and relationships. The retrograde takes us to revisit and revise things we’ve missed to make corrections. Gemini is an air sign and in medical Astrology Gemini rules the lungs.
