| September is just around the corner and just as it begins, we have a full moon in Pisces occurring at exactly 2:03 a.m. EDT on September 2nd. The exact time varies depending on where you live. This full moon brings a great sensitivity as it has the energy to bring things that have been hidden to the surface. Pisces can also bring confusion and awareness of boundaries. The full moon sextiles Uranus in Taurus, who is retrograde, so there is the opportunity for us to experience some unusual moments that provide insight and ideas for valuable inventions. Uranus often brings disruption of the normal. However, this is a full moon and so it may bring some unexpected, crazy, weather patterns. The Sun in Virgo is trining Uranus, so this supports a spirit for work that is focused on health and helping each other. It can shine a light on some new type of technology or invention that is promising. Full moons have the tendency to put tension on relationships. The Sun is in Virgo opposite the full moon in Pisces. Virgo is the realist, the practical analyst and is more intellectual while Pisces is the dreamer, deeply sensitive and more emotional. They are opposite by nature. Pisces also influences the tendency to look for ways to escape. So, we need to be careful of a tendency toward overindulgence through unhealthy substances during this full moon. Full moons bring tension to relationships and will raise awareness of differences. However, they can also bring people together to work out their differences. One of the important transits happening on this full moon is Venus is at 25 degrees of Cancer which is exactly opposing Saturn at 25 degrees and Pluto at 22 degrees of Capricorn. This can manifest as a conflict between the need for security and safety and keeping things as they are. There can be a strong sense of control or dominance. There can be a great push and pull with whether you want to stay within the security of a relationship. There can be a powerful struggle in relationships or in areas of security or money. Mars is in Aries and is squaring Venus in Cancer and Pluto and Saturn in Capricorn. Mars in Aries influences individuals mobility. Venus in Cancer influences relationships, love, money and in Cancer, we feel a need to protect and provide security for loved ones. Pluto is power, control and dismemberment. Saturn is restriction, limitation and shows where our work is. Capricorn is government, corporations, business, careers and structure. These 4 planets form what is called a cardinal t square. This is a strong, tension filled configuration. It brings challenges in mobility, security, and it can bring about the collapse of old foundations. Relationships will be affected. But this can also bring about the birth of new foundations and new relationships because Pluto brings death and rebirth. So, we have some complex energy happening through this month and this energy is going to build through the rest of this year. November will bring a peak. We will see energy building with a lot of intensity through a lot of fast-moving events with a lot of things happening in the world. So, I have been thinking about what I could do to provide additional personal insight beyond this article. The planetary influences we are all living under are complex and intense to say the least! As I examined the timeline all I could think of is this reminds me of the GPS’s we use to map out driving routes. We use a GPS to get from one place to another. If there is an accident ahead or delays due to road construction, we are offered the choice to take a different route. This Astrology timeline can do the same thing. It provides a timeline into the future. You will know the times where life changing experiences can play out and so like a GPS this timeline is a valuable tool. You can register by clicking on this link. With that said, I have a short story to share. Last week I did a future prediction Reading for a client I have worked with for years. She reminded me at the beginning of the Reading about her last Reading and that her chart foretold of a challenging period that would be life changing which was ahead of her. She told me the story of how this played out in her life. She said, “I’m paying much closer attention to my Astrology now”. I was so happy to hear about the miracles she had experienced and is still experiencing. She told me she wished everyone could realize the incredible tool of insight Astrology provides! I have not been able to stop thinking about her accident. So here is what I have been thinking about. There are 3 states of awareness: hindsight, insight, and foresight. We have all heard that “hindsight is foresight”. Hindsight is an understanding of a past event. As we all know there is so much which is out of our control in life. Hopefully, we learn from the past and the experience helps with making better decisions and choices in our future. So, Astrology provides insight. But it also is a map of hindsight. We can identify times in the past where experiences we had brought insight. We gain knowledge by looking at the patterns from the past that gave foresight. Astrologers everywhere are talking about this time in our evolution, especially as I wrote about earlier in this article. This is an important time to stay informed! Over the next 6 months as Mars in Aries squares Jupiter, Pluto, and Saturn in Capricorn. We are all experiencing what we thought of as normal, being changed forever. Capricorn rules over government, business, corporations, our careers, and the structure of these things. Mars in Aries is influencing everyone to explore this new world and learn how we can each survive. The squares bring huge challenges for us to walk through. Mars in Aries has us wanting to be in control and making our own decisions and encourages exploration. Jupiter, Pluto, and Saturn in Capricorn reminds us daily that change is here to stay. For us, all these are life altering times. We are personally and as a world having to look at where we have been active in the past. We are watching as old structures come apart. This is about the collapse or what I would call dismemberment of old governing structures. I have written about this many times because Pluto is moving through Capricorn until 2023/2024. I recorded tv shows back in 2010 that described what we could expect. Below are 2 different links to shows I recorded. Just some further insight for you. In these shows I described it as a dismemberment of old structures so that new ones could be built. Time Passages Pluto in Capricorn Part 1 Time Passages Pluto in Capricorn Although this is an extremely uncomfortable time to be living in, it is meant to be happening. Astrologers would be surprised if it were not happening in some way. When something collapses it is never comfortable or quiet. I recommend looking at your chart to see where, that is, the house where the sign of Aries falls. This is the area of your life that will be super energized for you for the next few months. Also, I recommend seeing where Capricorn falls in your chart. If you have planets in your chart in Libra, Aries, Capricorn, or Cancer, this is an important 6 months of life changing experiences. Mars is going to go stationary and then retrograde on September 9th. About the time any planet moves stationery and changes direction, we feel the energy of that planet much stronger. Mars in Aries can influence impulsivity, aggression, and assertion. The best use of this Mars energy would be to turn our focus toward building inner courage and inner strength. Any activity that supports inner growth will be the best direction to focus on. Mars will be retrograde until November 14th. So, when Mars is retrograde it is going to be quite complicated energy because it is closer to the earth. When Mars was retrograde in 2018 in Capricorn and Aquarius, in the Northern Hemisphere, we had a heatwave and there were many heat related deaths at that time. So, we will feel the heat of Mars internally while it is retrograde. When Mars is retrograde, some people loose energy or enthusiasm for projects. So, it is good to know what area of your life this retrograde will affect.Back in 2014, Mars was in Libra and went retrograde. Now we are in the opposite sign which is Aries. There is something else that this full moon in Pisces on September 2nd helps with. Mercury is in its own sign of Virgo. It is at 24 degrees of Virgo and is in a tight trine to Saturn and Pluto in Capricorn. This is great for manifesting. It is also opposing Neptune in Pisces which brings a strength to our imagination. This combination of aspects is bringing our dreams or thoughts into reality. Here is an example. Think of how an architect works as he is planning a new house. First, he has an idea that comes from his imagination. Then he draws his idea on paper. Eventually it becomes a house. So, this is the type of energy present on the full moon as well. Pisces is also a receptive energy. This will be a great time for meditation, altered states of consciousness or just being in nature. It can be really magical. I often think about Disney World when I think about Pisces. A place where dreams come true! These next few months are critical. There is an intense concentration of energy. We have no choice. Old structures are collapsing. We are all experiencing this whether we want to or not. So, if we can become more conscious of creating something beautiful together as the Aquarian age approaches, hopefully we will get to a better place. Thank you for all your continued support.
